Julie A. Harter

Julie Harter is an Assistant Vice President and Real Estate and Consumer Lender for Forte Bank. She advises new and existing clients on all residential mortgage loan types, home equity lending options, new construction loans and consumer loans. Julie has more than 25 years of mortgage and banking experience, including as a mortgage broker, mortgage loan processor and as a retail mortgage assistant. She is well-versed in the entire mortgage process from application to closing.
